Last years investors turned the  look to the Goloseevskiy district in Kiev, and exactly for the  Capital Highway. Only at the crossing of The  Capital Highway and  Zabolotnogo str. is being built  3  projects. It is an office-ware-house complex Alacor, shopping center with services for a population and office –shopping center. Exactly about the last we  decided to tell more. The  office-shopping center will consist of 2х blocks – business center  (23 floors) and shopping center (first floor,  second - partly). The total complex square  will be more 63000sq.f., the office part from them is 44500 sq.f. and shopping – 18645sq.f. The parking places for shopping area are projected in two levels and  will be near the complex. Nearby there  will be parking for guests. It’s also planned to build a cafe,  sport-hall and swimming-pool, and  etc. There will be a hall with  domestic technique in the shopping center. It will be travalators as lifts.
